Simpri Investments Ltd is a privately owned investment company. It invests very selectively in what it believes might be innovative or market disrupting products or technologies.

It works very closely with academia in converting some of these ideas to practical solutions which can be exploited commercially.

It has its own origination team and does not actively solicit or encourage investment proposals.

One of its recent investments is the design of the folding container. The movement of empty containers accounts for between 20-23% of all container movements globally.

Simpri working hand in hand with a leading engineering school has funded the design of a folding container which automatically folds to one quarter of its size within three to four minutes.
